I know that this won't exactly help with the chart, but wouldn't gods actually be at the top? Anyways, I'm trying to figure this out, is it true that consuls are just the highest level of magistrate? Because that's what a website is saying but I'm not sure.

Magistrates are more like mayors, and praetors are more like a general.

to what was said about magistrates and praetors; im not sure if that is true. I think that praetors are a type of magistrate. In a website that I was on it said that consuls and praetors are senior magistrates and aediles and quaestors are junior magistrates

On page 13, it says "if anybody shall kill one who has done any of these things, let him be guiltless of murder." Does this mean that the people get off with no charge at all, or just with no charge of murder?

Why weren't the tribunes of the plebs allowed in the senate house?

For your first question I am pretty sure that they will be completely guiltless which is kind of crazy. Im not positive though but it seems that way.

I'm not sure if this is what you're asking, but that whole part you were talking about said that people who kill non-murders will be punished. but people who likk murderers will not be punished at all.

my questions were: who are the people who are part of the senate?
and Do the tribunes have any power other than the right to veto a senate act?

I had the same thoughts about the Gods as Sophie did but wasn't sure. I think they do have quite a lot of power but are not necessarily part of the republican government.

So correct me if i'm wrong:
Patricians are wealthier, aristocratic, nobility?
and Plebians are everyone else, common people, poorer, harder to get to the top of the food chain than Patricians?

sorry guys, i tried to get on last night, but my account wouldn't let me log in after i registered. it only sent me my confirmation email to access the account this morning.. Sad

anyway, i did research some of my questions, one regarding the difference between plebeians and patricians. as i had originally thought, they are not different societies, but part of the same society. however, the plebeians are the middle/lower classes, couldn't hold any military or political power, and they were the bulk of the population. the patricians were the opposite. they were very wealthy, could hold a lot of power, (could serve in senate) but were a very small part of the population.
hopefully this helped some, sorry i couldn't be on here sooner.. :/
