Do all of the Plebian positions have a lower rank then the other normal positions?

What is the specific difference between Plebians and Patricians?

Who exactly are the tribunes and why are they not allowed into the senate house?

Do the poorest people really not see that they are getting tricked when it comes to voting?

Well my two questions are both kind of general. My first one was what was the order? (I am guessing I only understood about 20% of the order) And also why do you guys think no one noticed that the lower class did not have power?

so the first question is inevitable at this point. what was the order?

the second one is is more open for discussion. it seems as though a lot of positions are military based, and i wonder if there are any opinions on why.

On page 13, it says "if anybody shall kill one who has done any of these things, let him be guiltless of murder." Does this mean that the people get off with no charge at all, or just with no charge of murder?

Why weren't the tribunes of the plebs allowed in the senate house?

When it came down to the types of tribunes, were they both derivatives from the counsel or was it just a separate government branch?

If the government was set up to make even one more equal, then way was it less likely for a peasant to become a part of the consul or tribune?

Do the patricians and plebians have any similarities?
Why were there two consuls instead of one?

For your first question I am pretty sure that they will be completely guiltless which is kind of crazy. Im not positive though but it seems that way.
